  • If you disagree with an evaluation conducted by your child’s school district, Stone Circle can provide a second opinion. We provide comprehensive assessments of a student’s strengths and weaknesses in areas like understanding language, using language, speech clarity, and social communication.

  • If you are homeschooling or considering homeschooling, we are happy to provide support. We can help you consider different strategies and locate resources. You can transform the world by nurturing children who love to learn!

  • Stone Circle providers can lead interactive sessions on a number of topics related to speech development, parent coaching, critical literacy skills, and more. We personalize single presentations and multi-part courses that inspire school staff, health professionals, parents, and community organizations.

  • Many speech-language pathologists receive little to no training in early intervention or literacy. Stone Circle can give SLPs the tools they need to enact evidence-based early intervention, literacy intervention, and effective parent coaching.   • We currently serve clients who live or play within 15-20 minutes of South Durham, North Carolina. Clients outside our radius are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional travel fee.

  • Insurance is complicated. We work with families on a case-by-case basis to explore the complexities of payment options.

  • Each 45-minute speech therapy or coaching session costs $175. If cost is a barrier to treatment, please email us.

  • No, you do not need a referral or a diasnosis to begin speech therapy or receive a speech and language evaluation.
